Way2gradeA offers tutoring for all subjects covered in grades K-12. We are also proud to announce that we currently offer tutoring in the following languages: Spanish, Italian, Farsi, Vietnamese, Korean, and American Sign Language (ASL). Our tutors provide conceptual help and present their lessons in a way that is advantageous to student learning preferences. At way2gradeA, we go beyond offering basic homework help. We want students to excel in all areas of their life. Tutors are able to provide specific content help, as well as general assistance for studying, organizing, writing essays, taking exams, planning for the future, and more.
How It Works
Once learning assessments are analyzed, students will be matched with an ideal tutor and sessions will be arranged. Tutoring sessions are personalized to each student. Tutoring sessions are a minimum of 1 hour, however we do accommodate longer sessions in 15-minute increments.
Personalized Programs
Our minimum package is 5 hours, however we recommend purchasing a minimum of 10 hours. Studies show that consistency is key and generally, 5 hours is not enough time to make a drastic change in a student’s performance. Package prices vary and will be negotiated during your free at-home consultation. For families with more than one child, we offer family packages at a discounted rate. Payment is required up-front, and the first 5 hours are non-refundable.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Way2gradeA is committed to providing the best possible tutoring experience at an affordable cost. If our client is not 100% satisfied with the service provided, we will refund any unused portion of the tutoring package. This does not apply to the first 5 hours purchased or in the case that the client chooses to terminate services due to reasons that don’t apply to the quality of our services. If you are unhappy with your student’s tutor, we will re-match your student with a new tutor. If your student is re-matched with a new tutor, we offer one complimentary hour of tutoring!
Referrals
If you refer us to a family who ends up purchasing a tutoring package, we offer one complimentary hour of tutoring!
Career Workshops
This is a premium 1 hour mentoring session given by a professional to educate students on the steps to his/her success. The professional will offer tips, advice, and outline a step-by-step guide on how to enter his/her specific field. Career workshops are held based on demand, and are great for students who have an idea of their dream job and would like to learn the path to get there.
